Preparation (Whipping) Instruction:
1. Chill the product for at least 12 hours between 2Ā°C to 8Ā°C before whipping.
2. Whip at medium speed in a chilled bowl using approximately 10% of bowl capacity until the desired consistency is obtained.
3. Do not overwhip. Whipping time will vary with quantity, whipping speed, and bowl size.
4. For desired flavors or colors, add while whipping. Heavier ingredients (e.g. nuts, fruits, raisins, etc.) should be folded in after whipping.
5. Whipped cream product can be frozen.

Storing Instructions:
After opening, maintain chilled between 2Ā°C to 8Ā°C and consume within 4 days. DO NOT FREEZE!Ā
